This Privacy Policy explains how RyanLeaf Fantasy ("we", "us") collects and uses information on ryanleaffantasy.club. The site is a private fantasy football league history and news site for the RyanLeaf league.
What this site is
We publish league history, dues tools, and satirical AI news articles. Visitors can optionally sign in with Facebook to leave comments on articles.
Information we collect
- Facebook Login (optional). If you choose Continue with Facebook to comment, Facebook shares your app-scoped user id, name, and profile picture with us for that session. We use this only to show who posted a comment.
- Comments you write. Comment text, your Facebook name, profile picture URL, and the time of the post are stored on our web host so other visitors can read the thread.
- Technical logs. Our host may automatically record standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
- League stats. Public/historical fantasy football stats synced from ESPN for this private league are shown on the site. That sync is done by the commissioner with league credentials. It is not Facebook Login and does not collect Facebook data.
How we use information
- Display article comments with your name and photo
- Prevent spam and rate-limit abusive posting
- Respond to Facebook data deletion requests
- Operate and secure the website
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Facebook data for advertising.
Sharing
Comments you post are visible to anyone who can open the article URL. We may share information if required by law, or with our hosting provider solely to run the site. Facebook processes login under Facebook's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Comments stay on the site until you delete them (or request deletion) or until a commissioner removes them. Deletion request records may be kept briefly so you can confirm status with a confirmation code.
Your choices
- You can browse articles without signing in.
- You can request deletion of your Facebook-linked comment data on our Data deletion page.
- You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
Children
This site is intended for adults in our fantasy league. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
